We are currently looking for a Customer Service Support agents to join our team, supporting Finnish-speaking business clients in an international environment. What You Will Do As a Customer Service Support, you will play a key role in supporting our Finnish-speaking business clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing day-to-day support to B2B sales and account management teams, • Communicating with Finnish-speaking clients via email, phone, and other channels, • Managing order processing, contract administration, and customer data updates, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, • Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on client requests What We Are Looking For • Language Skills: High Proficiency of Finnish and C1 level of English, • Location: Availability to attend on-site training in Málaga and to work remotely from mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, • Profile: Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset, • Experience: Previous experience in a telecom or B2B environment is a plus, • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office suite is a bonus What We Offer • 100% remote work after completing the training period, • Competitive salary plus benefits package, • 4-week on-site training within contract at our hub in Málaga (29007), • Start date: 4th May, • Fixed shifts between 09:00 and 22:00 (to be assigned after training), • Opportunities for professional growth and development About Us Foundever is a leading global company specializing in customer experience (CX), operating internationally with a strong presence in Spain.
