Overview of the Position Mision: Assist together with the Civil Superintendent in the planning, design, organization and supervision of the construction of the civil part. Main functions: • Helps with the closing of civil works subcontracts (measurements, price review, specifications)., • Progress control of the different units., • Organization and review of the work of civil works subcontractors., • Preparation of weekly progress reports for the different civil works units (foundations, fencing, roads, trenches and earthworks)., • Update engineering drawings using CAD (As built), if necessary., • Confirm the invoices of the different subcontractors., • Control of the arrival of the machinery at the site, monitoring yields and distribution by work., • Ensure that the different teams of workers associated with the civil party take the appropriate safety measures during the performance of the work. Perfectly delimit the work areas., • In general, the environmental competencies associated with positions that access the work will be established in the documents applicable to the project Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar. Higher Degree. English B2/C1. Experience: • Three years of experience in the construction of photovoltaic plants performing the functions described. Other requirements: Knowledge of Excel (advanced), Word and Autocad (user level). Regular interlocutors: • Site Manager., • Supervisors., • Subcontractors. Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain detailed cost breakdowns of project budgets following company protocols and standards., • Prepare and maintain detailed breakdowns of actual versus budgeted costs., • Prepare cost forecasts, • Prepare reports, documentation and presentations according to company standards and protocols., • Support the Project Manager and Accounting area when required., • Coordinate departments and support them when necessary., • Collect information from different internal stakeholders., • Identify risks and opportunities and ways to overcome or enhance them respectively. Also, will support our Planning area: • Develop timelines and update monthly project schedules and progress for each project., • Prepare project alert procedures to meet project milestones and cost., • Organise and hold regular planning meetings to discuss the status of each job and highlight delays or cost overruns., • Identify critical paths, bottlenecks and delays. Recording potential risks and involving all related areas/responsible parties. Requirements: • BSC Engineering (Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Others), • 2- 3 years of proven experience in similar role, • Advanced use of Excel is required, • Experience in SAP will be valuable, • Experience in Primavera will be valuable, • Advance use of Word, Power Point, etc. highly recommended, • Fluency in English Skills: • Energetic committed person who can work in a flexible way to achieve goals., • Independent self-starter able to manage own workload with minimal supervision., • Self-motivation and pro-active attitude., • Co-operative and supportive team player.
