This role is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective merchants, and supporting clients throughout the sales and onboarding process. You will work closely with our onboarding, compliance, operations, and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active merchant. This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with business owners and decision‑makers, and developing a long‑term career within the payments industry. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibBusiness Development /b – Identify and engage prospective merchants through various outbound and inbound channels. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. Conduct introductory meetings and presentations with prospective clients. Understand merchant requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions. /lilibSales Process Management /b – Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through to onboarding. Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the Company’s CRM systems. Prepare commercial proposals and assist with contract discussions. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong communication throughout the process. /lilibClient Relationship Development /b – Establish and maintain professional relationships with merchants and business partners. Work closely with onboarding and compliance teams to facilitate merchant activation. Support clients during the onboarding process and ensure a positive customer experience. /lilibMarket Awareness /b – Stay informed about industry trends, acquiring solutions, and payment technologies. Identify opportunities for growth within target industries and markets. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliPrevious experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or client‑facing roles. /liliStrong communication and relationship‑building skills. /liliSelf‑motivated, proactive, and goal‑oriented. /liliAbility to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously. /liliProfessional and confident approach when interacting with business owners and decision‑makers. /liliFluent English, both written and spoken.
