Tasks • Oversee the restaurant’s dining area, ensuring all guests receive impeccable service and a memorable dining experience., • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food, managing any special requests or dietary restrictions with attention to detail., • Manage table allocations and reservations efficiently, optimizing seating to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity., • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings, to provide expert advice to guests and staff., • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves Cascada Marbella with a positive experience., • Participate in inventory management, including the oversight of dining supplies and the suggestion of orders as needed., • Collaborate with the management team to refine service procedures, menu offerings, and special promotions or events. Requirements • Proven experience as a head waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting., • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and refined dining atmosphere., • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills to cater to an international clientele., • Knowledgeable about food and beverage, with the ability to make recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu., • Ability to work under pressure and manage busy dining periods with efficiency and grace. We are looking for someone to join our team for the high season. If you love healthy food, high energy shifts, and working closely with a supportive team, we’d love to meet you! Our juicery is open 7 days a week, and we are gearing up for a busy summer season. Training will begin in the next few weeks, with working hours gradually increasing toward full-time as we approach high season. What You’ll Do • Maintain cleanliness, tables tidy and fridges looking presentable, • Greeting clients, offering the menu., • Helping in the preparation of smoothies, shakes, and açaí bowls to high quality and presentation standards, • Prepare coffee and other beverages, • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, • Restock, prep ingredients, and support daily opening/closing tasks, • Assist with various operational duties as needed What We’re Looking For • Fluent English (required), • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Strong team player with a positive attitude, • Flexible schedule, especially during high season, • Willingness to help with different tasks as needed, • Reliable, punctual, and energetic, • Experience in hospitality, cafés, or juiceries is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
