Part-Time Windsurfing Instructor – Estepona / Marbella
Do you live in the Estepona or Marbella area and have some free time at weekends and in the late afternoons?
We are looking for a flexible, part-time instructor to join Dynamic Windsurfing when bookings come in.
We provide in-house instructor training, so previous teaching experience is not required. However, you should:
Be confident and comfortable in the sea
Be physically fit
Preferably have some experience in water sports or other sports
Be friendly, responsible and comfortable working with customers
Be able to communicate in English and preferably also in Spanish.
Working hours depend on bookings and vary throughout the season. This is an extra job that can be combined with another position, as we can plan the hours around your main job and availability. Feel free to reach out for questions or a chat.
