Your main responsibilities • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests demonstrating a high level of customer service and satisfaction, • Keep the reception area clean & tidy and maintain a consistent presence at the desk, • Escort guests to the treatment room and show all facilities, have knowledge of the type of treatments available and be able to give advice on treatment procedures, • Answer telephone calls, handle payments and rest functions, • Prepare guest schedules for the next day’s arrivals, making sure the treatments booked are accurate and booked in a suitable time frame Your main qualifications/skills • Enthusiastic with friendly personality, • Proven experience as Spa Receptionist, ideally in a 5* luxury hotel, • Knowledge of beauty therapies and massage, • Fluency in English, • Good command of a second language (Russian, German ,French) would be a plus, • Familiarity with Hospitality Software (Opera, Fidelio, Protel, Ermis etc)
