Mission: As a Bellboy, you will design tailored welcome experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service. Tailored Service: Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms. Drive guests around the resort using club cars. Provide information to guests regarding facilities, events, and services. Collaborate in any other task as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

With a focus on innovative solutions, efficient execution, and exceptional customer service, we are seeking an experienced accountant who can also take on organizational responsibilities to support our growing team. Key Responsibilities Accounting (Approximately 70% of Working Hours) • Independently manage all aspects of bookkeeping. • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing invoices. • Reconcile accounts and track account movements. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in collaboration with the tax advisor. • Manage payment plans and oversee the dunning process. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Organizational Responsibilities (Approximately 30% of Working Hours) • Plan and coordinate staff schedules, including vacation and work shifts. • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of contractors and service providers, ensuring timely completion and quality control. • Manage employee records and provide support with administrative HR tasks. • Assist management with general organizational and administrative duties. Requirements: • Completed vocational training or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company. • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Office, particularly Excel. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. • Fluency in Spanish and Spanish; proficiency in German is a plus. Activities: Prepare, implement and conduct the children's activities and evening programs such as sports, fun games, shows, mini discos, etc. Check daily all playgrounds and general facilities. Ensure that all equipment and materials are under health and safety standards. Public relations: Welcome and greet all the families. Promote actively all children´s club activities. Keep active guest contact during duty and off duty, whenever inside the resort facilities.

Management: Ensure all plans are adhered to and followed, this includes policies, planning, activities, and experiences. Be creative, and make sure each session is fun, engaging, and stimulating. Be responsible for all day-to-day administration including bookings, updating of databases and correspondence. Support the senior management team in training the childcare teams, assessing and monitoring standards. Public relations: Welcome and greet all the families. Promote actively all children´s club activities. Keep an active guest contact during duty and off duty, whenever inside the resort facilities.
