We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Assistant to join our existing guest-services departments. Someone vibrant, reliable and energetic, with a passion to grow within our small but trustworthy team. A true “do-er”, able to think on the spot and provide solutions that adhere to our values and mission. Responsibilities: • Serve as the face of Swish, acting as a primary point of contact for guests and handling all client-facing enquiries with professionalism and discretion., • Conduct pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-departure property inspections to ensure each home consistently meets Swish standards., • Manage and coordinate all guest requests before arrival, during the stay, and at check-out, with a solutions-focused and efficient approach., • Arrange and oversee guest services, including private chefs, housekeeping schedules, additional cleaning, laundry services, maintenance support, and other in-villa services as required., • Liaise closely with in-house teams and trusted external suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery and rapid issue resolution., • Oversee and support check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional guest experience., • Anticipate guest needs and proactively recommend services to enhance comfort and overall satisfaction., • Maintain clear internal communication and detailed follow-ups on all guest-related matters., • Perform other ad-hoc operational and guest-facing tasks as required to uphold Swish’s high service standards. Requirements: • Previous experience working in renowned 5-star hotels is essential, such as: Four Seasons, The Ritz. Rosewood, Belmond, Mandarin Oriental, EDITION, Fairmont, Shangri-La, Waldorf Astoria, Six Senses, Marbella Club, Puente Romano etc., • A highly seasoned service professional with a proven background in managing customer expectations., • Strong administrative skills, capable of improving backend processes, taking inventory, and responding to emails and calls., • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards., • Excellent phone manner and communication skills in fluent English and Spanish., • Flexibility/ availibility to adapt to changing schedules and demanding clients., • Think outside the box, solution-driven, and unafraid to innovate to solve problems.
