At JADE, we’re not just serving matcha – we’re building a community. We’re looking for baristas who bring more than just technical skill behind the bar. Yes, experience preparing coffee, matcha, and beverages is important, but what truly sets our team apart is charisma, energy, and connection with our guests. As a JADE barista, you’ll be at the front line of creating memorable customer experiences, bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and personality into every interaction. Our space is designed to grow, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with it. What you’ll do: Prepare and serve matcha-based drinks, coffee, and other menu items with consistency and care.
