We are looking for a highly professional and customer oriented head waiter ( jefe de rango ) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : • Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed recommendations on food and beverage pairings., • Take orders, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and ensure the smooth operation of your assigned station., • Serve food and pour wines/beverages according to fine dining standards., • Supervise and assist the Commis Waiter (assistant) assigned to your section., • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Requirements : • Proven experience as a head waiter or senior waiter in a high-end restaurant., • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage, including wine service., • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English., • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment., • Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
