Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to high standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating great coffee experiences.
