HEAD CHEF FOR BUSY ALL-YEAR RESTAURANT IN SITGES The applicant must have at least 5 years experience in a similar position. We use top quality ingredients to serve an international menu that changes on a seasonal basis. Therefore experience in international cuisine is a prerequisite, having worked outside of Spain is a plus. We serve 300+ covers daily, applicant must be able to multitask and be able to handle pressure in service. We are offering a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive salary. We’re looking for a cook for a new restaurant in Sitges. You will help us to shape our new offer of fresh Mediterranean dishes with an Italian flavour. We serve hearty as well as healthy breakfasts, market fresh menus at lunchtime and lighter antipasti dishes in the evenings. Full-time position, 5 days a week.
