We are looking for a SAP BTP Product Owner to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team within a leading multinational in the aviation sector. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and ongoing evolution of the SAP Business Technology Platform, managing a focused team of 4-6 experts. You’ll collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure the platform not only meets today’s demands but is also future-ready. Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for SAP BTP, focusing on scalability, innovation, and business alignment across areas like app development, automation, integration, data analytics, and AI., • Manage platform architecture, access control, and governance to support projects and ongoing operations., • Lead projects including migration to API-driven integrations, data platform transitions, and automation initiatives., • Guide and mentor a technical team, setting priorities aligned with platform strategy., • Serve as the main contact for BTP-related topics, translating business needs into technical solutions., • Establish governance policies ensuring security, performance, and compliance with standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)., • Continuously improve the platform by monitoring performance and adopting new SAP BTP features. Requirements: • Strong expertise in SAP BTP suites (Extension, Integration, Data & Analytics, Security)., • Experience with cloud-native app development, microservices, SAP CPI, and API management., • Proven track record leading SAP projects and working with agile methodologies., • Experience in platform governance and team leadership., • Degree in IT or related field; SAP BTP certifications preferred., • 5+ years in SAP environments, with BTP-focused experience., • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring a Product Manager specializing in Women's Health. The Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for leading strategic business and brands for the company. You will be in charge of product launches and managing the life cycle of the product’s pipeline. What are we looking for? o Successful experience of brand management in the healthcare industry. o University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a strong scientific background with a specialization in marketing in a Business school. o Minimum 2 years Product Management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environment ideally startup. o Experience in international and dynamic work environment. o Experience managing Women Health Care Products or Brands. o Native Spanish with excellent English level. o Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. o Leadership, teamwork and collaboration and great sense of analysis to bring solutions o Responsiveness, adaptability and initiative for proposing new ideas and suggestions. o Possessing a unique blend of business, medical and marketing savvy. o Adaptable, organized and efficient: You can adapt to changes, keep up with the demands of an expanding startup and you are comfortable in an agile work environment. o Proficiency in Office, Digital & Social Media.
