Customer Service Agent 📍 Location: Pilar de la Horadada, Alicante 🕒 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time 💶 Salary: €17,100 per annum 🏢 Work Location: Office-Based / On-Site 🇬🇧 English Level: Advanced 🇪🇸 Spanish: Not Required About the Role We are currently looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our friendly team as a Customer Service Agent based in Pilar de la Horadada. We are an office-based company supporting clients in the UK who are experiencing financial difficulties. We work closely with individuals subject to Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and the organisations that support them. Key Responsibilities • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients, • Assisting customers with account and payment queries, • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records, • Liaising with finance and insolvency teams where required, • Managing client communications professionally and efficiently, • Monitoring and responding to emails and case updates, • Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to manage information, • Supporting customers through the IVA process with empathy and professionalism Skills & Experience Required • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills, • Good organisational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and within a team, • Professional and empathetic telephone manner, • Previous customer service or financial administration experience preferred, • Knowledge of UK financial services or IVA processes would be advantageous, although full training will be provided Additional Information • Full-time contract of 40 hours per week, • Office-based role only (not remote), • Immediate start available Please only apply if you are already living in the local area and have the required documentation to begin employment immediately.
