Part-Time Windsurfing Instructor – Estepona / Marbella
Do you live in the Estepona or Marbella area and have some free time at weekends and in the late afternoons?
We are looking for a flexible, part-time instructor to join Dynamic Windsurfing when bookings come in.
We provide in-house instructor training, so previous teaching experience is not required. However, you should:
Be confident and comfortable in the sea
Be physically fit
Preferably have some experience in water sports or other sports
Be friendly, responsible and comfortable working with customers
Be able to communicate in English and preferably also in Spanish.
Working hours depend on bookings and vary throughout the season. This is an extra job that can be combined with another position, as we can plan the hours around your main job and availability. Feel free to reach out for questions or a chat.

THE I/O Marbella is looking for a Gym Host to support daily club operations and help create an exceptional experience for our members. You will ensure all equipment is in perfect condition, weights are properly re-racked, and members feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. Main Responsibilities: • Collect and re-rack weights (key responsibility)., • Ensure all gym equipment and machines are in good condition and working order., • Support other departments with general restocking, logistics, and operational tasks when required., • Work closely with colleagues to support team objectives., • Act as an ambassador for THE I/O, creating a welcoming environment and strong sense of community. Requirements: • Proactive, responsible, and efficient attitude., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Team player with a passion for fitness and service excellence., • Languages: English and Spanish (essential).
