Yoga & Pilates Instructor - Sani/Ikos Group

Your main responsibilities • Conduct and lead Yoga & Pilates classes., • Check the functionality of the equipment and maintain a clean and tidy workspace., • Assist in all Sports & Recreation related tasks as assigned by the Sports Team Leader. What will you bring? • Previous experience as a Yoga & Pilates Instructor, preferably in a hotel environment/gym or sports club., • Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus (Russian, German, French)., • Diploma/Certification in Health & Fitness., • Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything. Key Responsibilities • Guest Assistance: Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide recommendations for activities, dining, and entertainment., • Information Relay: Communicate important updates and information to guests promptly and accurately., • Coordination & Liaison: Work with department heads and external vendors to ensure seamless fulfillment of guest requests., • Communication Management: Use communication tools effectively to track and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback., • Service Knowledge: Continuously expand knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and offerings to provide exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience in concierge services, front office, or guest relations in luxury hospitality., • Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and other relevant technology., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills., • Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options., • Professional, guest-focused demeanor with attention to detail., • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
