Your main purpose: Receiving & Managing Supplies: Support the process of receiving goods, both from suppliers and internal hotel departments. Inventory & Controls: Participate in regular stock counts and inventory checks, ensuring accuracy of records. Organization & Maintenance: Manage and maintain the storage area in excellent condition. Recording & Monitoring: Record all inbound/outbound stock movements and monitor inventory in collaboration with the Procurement Department. Safety & Procedures: Implement safety procedures to prevent losses or damages and ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding storage and product handling. Training Support: Contribute to the training of new warehouse team members and provide guidance during daily operations. What will you bring? At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar warehouse role, preferably within the hospitality or food service sector. Solid knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and stock management procedures. Ability to use ERP systems/warehouse software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational, coordination, and work planning skills. Ability to manage a team and provide employee guidance. Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations. Good command of English (spoken and written).
