Your main responsibilities will be: Preparing and cooking breakfasts, including both English and Spanish breakfasts. Assisting the chefs with general food preparation, including cleaning, cutting, and chopping ingredients. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen areas, as well as with equipment and utensils. Washing and sanitising dishes, pots, and pans. Assisting with the receipt, checking, and proper storage of deliveries and goods. Actively contributing to the creation and maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment. Ensuring strict compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations. Requirements for the role: Previous experience in a similar position is valued, although it is not essential if you demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and initiative. Flexibility to work different shifts according to the needs of the business.
