AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026. What does this internship consists in? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. Internship Job Description: In order to support the A350 WLC Performance and Improvement team, Airbus Operations is looking for a trainee within A350 WLC Production Line to support A350 WLC CDT Team. This employment takes place on the company's premises, at the Airbus operations production site situated in Illescas. Tasks: Support the set-up of the line performance management, working together with the Performance and Line Managers on KPI to improve the overall performance of A350 Wing Lower Cover production line.Proactively identify improvements to increase Operational performance. Support corrective actions follow up.Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.Support small projects related to digitalization and resource management.Contribute to Health and Safety prevention and corrective actions implementation.Support the CDT Team in managing administrative topics.
