About the client: Multinational company within the pharmaceutical / medical devices industry. Job description: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the key liaison between our customers and internal teams. Your mission is to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the order management cycle. You'll collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Planning, Quality, and Finance to meet client needs and optimize internal processes. Key Responsibilities • Deliver excellent customer support via clear, friendly, and professional communication, • Manage end-to-end order processing: confirmations, invoicing, returns, and refunds, • Provide timely and accurate updates on order status, • Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs, forecasts, and lead times, • Maintain and update customer data in SAP, • Track and report on customer inquiries and feedback, • Follow internal procedures, policies, and workflows, • Proactively resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements : Education: • Minimum: Vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in a relevant field, • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or related field Experience: • Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally in supply chain or logistics Languages: • Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, • Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), • Experience with SAP is highly valued Key Competencies • Strong time management and multitasking abilities, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, • Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude, • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning, • Travel Required: No, • Collaboration with: Sales, Finance, Planning, Quality, Marketing, R&D
