Clinical Aid / Support Staff (Evenings & Weekends) Location: Vélez-Málaga, Spain Hours: Evening & weekend shifts (part-time or full-time) Start Date: To be agreed Must have a valid driving licence Camino Recovery is a small, family-run residential treatment centre specialising in trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Clinical Aid/Support Staff member to join our team. About the Role You will play a key part in supporting our clients during evenings and weekends. Duties include: Providing person-centred support and maintaining a safe, calm environment Facilitating evening recovery or community groups Assisting with admissions, inventories, and daily living tasks Administering medication (training provided) Supporting treatment plans and encouraging client progress Completing record-keeping, handovers, and general household upkeep Accompanying clients to meetings, gym sessions, and outings Occasional sleep-in shifts (meal provided) What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and a caring, non-judgemental approach Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations Reliability, professionalism, and emotional resilience Clean driving licence (essential) Flexibility to work a range of shifts Experience in mental health, addiction, care work, or counselling is an advantage but not essential Medication management training is beneficial (or willingness to complete) If you are passionate about supporting people through recovery and want to be part of a warm, dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you.
