Your responsibilities: You'll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help. Guide our customers through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks. Jump in and save the day when someone's travel plans hit a bump. Chat or talk with passengers, whatever helps solve their problem fastest. Create real connections. We want customers to remember you, the awesome human who helped them out. We're looking for someone who: Speaks Danish fluently (C1) and has solid English (B2). Is positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings. Listens first, then speaks clearly and confidently. Is organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball. Already lives in Poland or is ready to relocate to Warsaw independently. What we offer: Salary: 11,000 PLN gross monthly, a salary that goes a long way in Warsaw, where the cost of living is significantly lower than in Denmark.
