We are looking for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, a structured and reliable working style, and solid experience in Accounts Payable and SAP FI‑AP. Main responsibilities • Invoice processing and posting in SAP FI‑AP, ensuring correct tax, PO and cost‑center allocation., • Payment run preparation, due‑date monitoring and coordination with Treasury., • Vendor account reconciliation and follow‑up of open items., • Supplier communication and issue resolution through 3‑way matching., • Support in month‑end and year‑end closing (accruals, GR/IR review)., • Compliance with internal controls, audit support and vendor master data updates., • Participation in process improvements and workflow optimization. Your profile • Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar., • At least 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting., • Knowledge or experience regarding German VAT and invoice requirements, • Strong knowledge of SAP FI‑AP and MS Excel., • Experience with electronic statements, payment files and bank management., • High attention to detail, analytical mindset and strong organizational skills., • English level C1.
