Own method of transport is necessary, as we’re just outside of La Cala. We are looking for a professional bartender to execute our signature cocktail menu. Essential tasks include; - Ensuring cleanliness and bar hygiene at the highest standard (this involves washing, polishing and ensuring glasses are clean) - Stock control and re-stocking tasks, as well as working directly with supervisor to place beverage orders. - Taking part in both standard drink and cocktail preparations. - General assistance in remaining restaurant tasks. i.e. taking drinks orders if necessary, serving drinks, completing checklist tasks.
