The Role: We are looking for a proactive and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in finance or accounting who is ready to take the next step toward strategic financial planning and analysis in a dynamic, international SaaS environment. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting, supporting decision-making across the company. The role is based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain . Infinni Innovations is proud to be part of the Canary Islands Special Economic Zone (ZEC Canarias) , a hub for technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Support the financial planning process including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with variance and performance analysis. • Analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC) and provide insights to leadership. • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data. • Build and maintain financial dashboards and automate recurring reports. • Support board and investor reporting, scenario planning, and ad hoc analyses. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance and resource allocation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles (preferably in a SaaS or tech company). • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. • Experience with financial modeling and data visualization (Power BI, Looker, or similar tools). • Good understanding of subscription-based business models and SaaS KPIs. • Attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information clearly.
