Some of our local brands have been in consumers' kitchens for over a century and have positioned themselves as authentically loved brands, as well as deeply rooted parts of the local culture. /p pToday, with a turnover of baround 1,4 billion euros /b and a team of around b3.600 people /b, we are the preferred choice of millions of consumers. /p h3Job description /h3 pThe Digital Activation Coordinator is a junior role within the European Media Digital Hub, supporting the execution, coordination and optimisation of both Paid Media and Own Media activities across European markets. /p pThis role provides hands‑on exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing, including paid media, social media, websites, content, SEO and search. /p pThe position plays a key role in ensuring campaigns, content and digital initiatives are executed consistently, efficiently and on time across brands and countries. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Paid Media Campaign Support /h3 ul liSupport the Digital Paid Campaigns SSMM Manager in the coordination of digital campaigns across markets. /li liAssist in campaign planning, activation tracking and asset management. /li liCoordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and campaign requirements. /li liSupport campaign implementation checks and ensure alignment with Hub guidelines. /li liMaintain campaign calendars, trackers and documentation. /li /ul h3Social Media Content Coordination /h3 ul liSupport the management of social media content calendars across brands and markets. /li liCoordinate content development and publication plans with agencies and local teams. /li liMonitor content execution and ensure consistency across platforms. /li liSupport the collection of social media best practices and campaign learnings. /li liAssist in preparing presentations and content recommendations. /li /ul h3Own Media Website Support /h3 ul liSupport the Own Media One Search Manager in coordinating website and content‑related activities. /li liAssist with website updates and landing page implementation through agency partners. /li liHelp maintain website inventories, content plans and governance documentation. /li liEnsure content is published according to agreed priorities and timelines. /li liSupport the coordination of content and website projects across markets. /li /ul h3Search SEO Support /h3 ul liAssist in the execution and coordination of SEO and search‑related initiatives. /li liSupport keyword, content and search trend analysis. /li liCoordinate with agencies on search‑related deliverables and implementation follow‑up. /li liHelp ensure consistency between content, websites and search activities. /li liSupport the preparation of search‑related reports and recommendations. /li /ul h3Cross‑Market Agency Coordination /h3 ul liAct as a coordination point between Hub teams, local marketing teams and agencies. /li liFollow up on actions, deadlines and deliverables across projects. /li liSupport the organisation of meetings, workshops and training sessions. /li liEnsure templates, guidelines and best practices are properly shared and implemented. /li liContribute to maintaining an efficient and collaborative way of working across markets. /li /ul h3What can you expect from us? /h3 pThis is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment.
