We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement. /ph3Job Description /h3pTo plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering their academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, while implementing the school curriculum in alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values. /ph3Academic and Pedagogical Leadership /h3ulliDesign, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program. /liliEnsure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies. /liliPromote innovative, student-centered teaching practices. /liliAnalyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans. /li /ulh3Teaching Staff Management /h3ulliCoordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team. /liliIdentify professional development needs and support ongoing training. /liliLead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork. /liliParticipate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff. /li /ulh3Student Monitoring /h3ulliOversee students' academic, social, and emotional progress. /liliImplement support strategies for students with specific learning needs. /liliEnsure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. /liliCoordinate behavior management and wellbeing strategies. /li /ulh3Family Engagement /h3ulliMaintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians. /liliParticipate in parent meetings, conferences, and school events. /liliAddress and follow up on concerns or significant situations. Administrative Management /liliPrepare academic and performance reports for the Primary section. /liliCoordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities. /liliEnsure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations. /li /ulh3Skills, Qualifications And Experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field. /liliValid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations. /liliMinimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education. /liliExperience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage. /liliStrong classroom management and instructional skills. /liliSound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies. /liliEffective communication and interpersonal skills. /liliStrong planning, organizational, and assessment skills. /liliAbility to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs. /liliCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team. /liliCommitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning. /li /ulh3ISP Commitment to Safeguarding Principles /h3pISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
