Who You Are • Experienced & Skilled: You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, ideally within e-commerce clients and agency environment., • E-Commerce Focused: You understand the unique challenges and opportunities of e-commerce marketing—optimizing ROAS, scaling campaigns, and interpreting data to guide smart decisions., • Independent & Proactive: You thrive working autonomously, managing multiple clients with confidence. You’re organized, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told what to do—you make things happen., • Strong Communicator: Your English is excellent, both written and spoken., • Innovative Thinker: You bring a fresh perspective—constantly testing, learning, and finding new ways to improve performance.
