Who we are At Another World Mallorca VR, we create unique Virtual Reality experiences that transport our guests into incredible worlds. As the first VR park in Mallorca, we combine cutting-edge technology with entertainment for all ages, delivering unforgettable moments for families, birthdays, and corporate events. We are a young and dynamic team (average age ~26) building an innovative entertainment project in Palma de Mallorca. What we are looking for We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Animator & Sales Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, are passionate about technology, and want to be part of a growing and innovative project, this role is for you. What you will do Customer experience & operations • Welcome and guide guests throughout their VR experience, • Explain how the VR equipment works and brief players on game rules, • Monitor game sessions to ensure safety and maximum enjoyment, • Perform basic maintenance of VR equipment and accessories Front desk & reservations • Assist customers with inquiries and bookings, • Manage reception and provide on-site support Content & marketing support • Capture photos and videos of guest experiences for social media, • Participate in marketing actions and suggest creative ideas Continuous improvement • Contribute ideas to improve service, operations, and customer experience What you need Requirements • Advanced level of Spanish and English, • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset, • Interest in technology and entertainment, • Availability to work weekends, • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Nice to have • Previous experience in customer service (especially with groups or children), • Additional languages (German, French, Italian, etc.), • Basic photo/video skills for social media content What we offer • Base salary + performance-based incentives, • Training in VR technology and operations, • Young, energetic, and supportive work environment, • Opportunities for growth within the company, • Part-time position: 20–30 hours per week (with possibility to increase) Interested?
