Key Responsibilities Treatments: Perform a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, body treatments) according to established protocols and guest needs. Guest Care: Welcome guests warmly, provide consultations, and ensure a relaxing, personalized spa experience. Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards. Product Knowledge: Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests to enhance their journey of wellness. Teamwork: Support the spa team by maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and assisting colleagues when needed. Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within luxury hospitality., • Recognized certification in massage therapy, beauty, or spa treatments., • Fluency in English., • Strong knowledge of various treatment techniques and products., • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills., • Professional, discreet, and focused on delivering a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities Support Operations: Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high guest satisfaction. Team Supervision: Support in scheduling, training, and supervising spa staff, maintaining service standards and professionalism. Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless spa experience. Financial Support: Assist with revenue monitoring, cost control, inventory management, and preparing performance reports. Service Quality: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment. Marketing & Promotions: Support in promoting spa services, special offers, and packages to maximize guest engagement and revenue. Administrative Tasks: Manage bookings, maintain guest records, and oversee supply orders as required. Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment., • Fluency in English., • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills., • Knowledge of spa treatments, beauty/wellness services, and guest service standards., • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure., • Proficiency in spa booking systems and MS Office.
