Join MCI Spain as Events Operations Intern Ready to dive into the events world for real? As our Events Operations Intern , you’ll jump straight into live projects and helping build experiences for our clients. This internship is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented student eager to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting. What will be your Responsibilities: • You’ll support every stage of the small or big events journey, making sure all logistics and admin details run smoothly, while being the on‑site problem‑solver and experience‑guardian who keeps everything seamless for attendees; at the same time, you’ll manage guest flows with precision., • Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, and materials so every event space is ready to shine., • Monitor venue operations and help improve our internal processes by updating the operations manual with real learnings., • Keep shared drives and client folders organized and easy to navigate, because good structure = better events., • Collaborate with internal teams to support all pre- and post-event needs with agility and good vibes. What We’re Looking For • Student of Bachelor or master’s degree in Protocol, Event Planning, Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field (eligible a 6 month internship agreement)., • Knowledge in Excel and Power Point Presentations., • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools event tools., • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving abilities., • Good communication skills in Spanish and English (B1) , comfort interacting with suppliers and internal teams., • Possibility to do 4 hours to 8 hours daily internship.
