We work primarily with affiliate traffic models (CPA / RS / Agency), with a strong focus on traffic quality, compliance, and profitability. Despite being an established business, emobi operates with a lean, startup-style structure: small teams, fast decision-making, and high ownership. We are looking for an Affiliate Growth Manager - proactive, hands-on professional who combines strong affiliate acquisition and onboarding experience with a growth mindset and ownership over funnels and landing pages used in performance campaigns. This role is not media buying . It is about partner acquisition, clean launches, growth enablement, and performance ownership . The Affiliate Growth Manager owns the end-to-end growth and performance of affiliate traffic, while also acting as the internal owner of landing pages and funnel experiments. The role combines: • Affiliate management, optimization, quality & profitability, • Active sourcing and onboarding of new partners Key Responsibilities Affiliate Partner Acquisition & Onboarding • Actively source, vet, and recruit new affiliate partners across priority GEOs., • Lead partner onboarding end-to-end: commercial setup, tracking, caps, routing, and launch coordination., • Set up and validate tracking (Trackier and internal tools), postbacks, and funnels before go-live., • Ensure clean, compliant, and scalable launches with new partners., • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential partners. Affiliate Growth & Performance Management • Scale selected partners after onboarding based on performance and quality., • Monitor volume, ROI, margins, and overall partner profitability., • Identify growth opportunities and scaling paths together with partners., • Design and run structured growth initiatives (incentives, bonuses, expansion to new GEOs). Traffic Quality, Compliance & Risk Control • Monitor traffic quality indicators: complaints, opt-out rates, fraud signals, and anomalies., • Take corrective actions when needed (pauses, rerouting, commercial adjustments)., • Handle partner issues, disputes, and incidents in a timely and pragmatic way., • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external requirements. Landing Pages & Funnel Ownership • Research the market to identify effective landing page and funnel approaches used in affiliate campaigns., • Propose hypotheses for new landing pages, flows, layouts, and messaging., • Act as the internal business owner of landing page initiatives:, • define requirements and success criteria,, • prepare clear briefs and specifications,coordinate execution with product, project, design, and development teams., • Participate in testing, evaluation, and iteration of landing pages and funnels based on performance data. Reporting & Internal Communication • Provide clear performance overviews, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders., • Maintain structured documentation of learnings, approaches, and best practices., • Communicate professionally and transparently with affiliate partners. What We’re Looking For Must-Have • Proven experience in affiliate marketing , including partner acquisition and onboarding., • Understanding of traffic acquisition sources (affiliate networks, Google Ads at a conceptual level)., • Experience in mobile VAS / mVAS / subscription-based digital products ., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset; ability to operate independently in a lean team., • Solid understanding of how landing pages and funnels work., • Fluent English (written and spoken)., • Experience working in small teams or startup-style environments., • Knowledge of compliance, fraud prevention, and traffic quality management., • Mobile app marketing experience. Technical & Business Awareness You don’t need to code, but you should be comfortable understanding: • landing page and funnel structures,, • basic HTML concepts,, • the role of JavaScript in tracking and flows, Reporting Line & Structure Reports directly to: Head of Growth • Short decision chain, high autonomy, minimal bureaucracy.
