About the job • Plan and direct the functions of the administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operations. • Provide leadership and direction to ensure the Food and Beverage operation achieves its goals and contributes to the guest experience and overall profitability of the hotel whilst maintaining Mett brand standards • Achieve budgeted revenues & expenses and maximize profitability related to the food & beverage department • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration • Create an up-selling culture within the service team that kept the team engage and motivated supporting the employee satisfaction scores. • Describe, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage sub-departments • Ensure full compliance with all policies and procedures of Brand and government entities. • Regularly review and evaluate the customer satisfaction of menus, daily specials, banquet services. Recommend to management new operating and marketing policies • Adjust foods, beverages, and services to compete with changing market demands; ensure they are implemented in a timely manner • Develop operating tools or implement and manage Brand operating tools (example budgeting, forecasting purchase specifications, portion specifications, menu abstracts, food production control, etc.) • Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees follow the example • Have a thorough knowledge of all services and products offered by the hotel as well as the understanding of all food and beverage products and services • Prepare/consolidate the yearly budget for the department in cooperation with the Finance Department • Attend and actively contribute to all relevant staff meetings and hotel trainings • Conduct daily operations briefings with the Executive Chef and weekly Food and Beverage meetings
Se necesita COORDINADOR/a en Ibiza en jornada completa partida, en horario comercial: de 19 a 23, de Lunes a Jueves y Sábados. Los días libres serán los Viernes y Domingos. Desde AGY AGENCY, agencia de Comunicación, Marketing y Eventos, seleccionamos Coordinador de promociones de ventas, para una multinacional del sector del tabaco, consolidando un equipo estable y con desarrollo a largo plazo. Su MISIÓN: -Ejecutar las promociones comerciales de multinacional del sector del tabaco, a través de la dirección de equipos de promotores de ventas y la gestión de materiales para la implantación de la acción comercial (labores presenciales y reporting). Las CONDICIONES: -1800€ brutos al mes y hasta 600€ en incentivos mensuales. -Imprescindible: experiencia en gestión de personas/equipos, dominio paquete Excel, carnet de conducir y vehículo propio -Preferible: experiencia en el sector y residencia en Barcelona. - Idiomas: mínimo inglés.
