This role is therefore suited to someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, contributing directly to day-to-day operations while helping to build and shape processes and structures from the ground up, in close alignment with our Operations leadership based in Germany. Role Description • Manage key operational areas within the warehouse: Inbound, Outbound, Returns, Stock and Infrastructure., • Actively support and participate in daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows., • Lead, develop and organise the warehouse team, maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor., • Plan and monitor staffing levels and contribute to workforce structuring as the operation grows., • Ensure accurate and timely stock control, including regular and ongoing stock-taking activities., • Identify, initiate and implement practical process improvements within logistics operations., • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and health & safety regulations., • Monitor team performance and take hands-on action to maintain operational efficiency and capacity., • Report directly to the Operations Manager based in Germany., • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Product Management, IT and Supply Chain., • Conduct performance reviews in close cooperation with the People & Culture team. Qualifications • Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or junior management role., • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns and stock management., • Hands-on mentality with the willingness to be actively involved in operational tasks when required., • Experience in leading small to mid-sized teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment., • Practical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements., • Good organisational and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach., • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance standards., • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally., • Native level of Spanish and a good level of English.
