As such, your main missions are: /p ul liContribute to the planning of the work. /li liCarry out control and monitoring of the work, in terms of costs, deadlines, quality, etc., to ensure compliance with the terms of the contract. /li liPrepare monthly work certifications. /li liCarry out valuations of the work, reporting the productivity obtained. /li liParticipate in the determination of the amounts to be invoiced to clients according to the work carried out. /li liIdentify the needs for external support for each work unit, determining the most suitable suppliers by means of economic/time comparisons. /li liManagement of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with legal regulations: social security, risk prevention, quality standards, etc. /li liCompliance with and enforcement of quality, prevention and environmental standards and policies. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pYou will be a great fit if you have: /p ul liGraduated with a master’s degree in civil engineering and/or construction and have a first working experience in construction. /li liFull commitment to Health Safety guidelines. /li liSolid technical competencies such as proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office suite. /li liStrong organizational and interpersonal skills: team management, collaboration, problem solving, analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and effective time planning. /li liInternational mindset which will allow you to enjoy what Spain and the Spanish way of living can offer to the fullest. /li liFluent Spanish and English.
