As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Technical Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team, supporting renewable energy assets across Southern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical asset management of a portfolio of wind, solar and battery storage projects, acting as the key point of contact between asset owners and internal stakeholders. You will help maximise asset performance, ensure contractual compliance and deliver an excellent service to our clients. What will you be doing? • Act as the main point of contact between renewable energy park owners and internal stakeholders across the Technical, Finance and Commercial teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment., • Monitor contractual obligations for both renewable energy park owner entities and RES under Asset Management agreements., • Manage insurance claims and claims related to construction defects under contractual warranties., • Propose and oversee the operational financial budget of park owner entities., • Prepare plant operational reports and ensure their timely delivery to clients., • Support the Business Development team by identifying commercial opportunities, promoting RES services and providing recommendations to asset owners., • Apply Asset Management procedures, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) culture., • Conduct site inspections and audits involving clients, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities. What are we looking for? • Engineering degree or Master's in a general Engineering or Renewable Energy field., • Advanced business and industry knowledge., • Advanced technical, analytical and IT skills., • Fluent English and Greek, both written and spoken., • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels., • Ability to manage complexity, make decisions and work autonomously., • Organised, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach with strong team spirit.
