ppbSener /b is currently looking for a bPackage Quality Manager /b for Offshore Wind Projects to join our team at our work centers in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia or Bilbao. /p pWe are focused on engineering for the sustainability of industry and society. in the design, development and construction of power plants and their components, covering from the most conventional technologies such as combined cycle, biomass, etc. to new renewable and future technologies such as offshore wind, green hydrogen, management, circular economy and sustainability. /p h3What you will do /h3 h3Quality Leadership Coordination /h3 ul liLead and coordinate all QA/QC activities for the assigned package, ensuring alignment with project specifications, codes, standards, and employer requirements. /li liIdentify and report inconsistencies or deviations in contractor or designer documentation. /li liProvide guidance to project team members on quality‑related matters. /li /ul h3Fabrication Site Quality Oversight /h3 ul liOversee quality activities during fabrication, including inspections related to materials, welding, coating, and electrical works. /li liAttend and validate Hold and Witness Points as defined in the approved ITPs. /li liCoordinate with Site Quality Resources to ensure proper implementation of QC activities and compliance with approved procedures. /li /ul h3Documentation Quality Planning /h3 ul liReview and comment on contractor quality documentation (Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures, welding/coating documentation, etc.). /li liPrepare and maintain project‑specific quality documents, including: ul liProject Quality Plan (PQP) /li liInspection Test Audit Plan (ITAP) /li liQA procedures, templates, and reporting tools /li /ul /li liEnsure proper compilation, traceability, and timely delivery of Quality Dossiers for handover to OM. /li /ul h3Audits, Inspections Non‑Conformities /h3 ul liPlan and conduct system, process, and product audits of contractors and subcontractors. /li liManage NCRs, quality events, and corrective actions, ensuring proper registration, follow‑up, and closure. /li liImplement a risk‑based quality approach aligned with Systems Engineering and FIDIC principles. /li /ul h3Interface Management Contractor Coordination /h3 ul liAct as the main quality interface with contractors, ensuring alignment on inspection planning, documentation, and dossier preparation. /li liCoordinate inspection visits and ensure availability of required documentation and resources. /li liSupport the definition and implementation of the project Gate Model (milestones, deliverables, payment links). /li /ul h3Site Quality Resource Management /h3 ul liRequest and coordinate mobilization of Site Quality Resources, ensuring they are trained and familiar with project requirements. /li liMonitor performance of site quality teams and ensure proper execution of inspections and reporting. /li liPromote strong awareness of HSE‑Q practices at site. /li /ul h3Reporting Lessons Learned /h3 ul liProvide regular reporting on quality performance, issues, and risks to the Project Quality Manager and Work Package Manager. /li liCapture and disseminate Lessons Learned, ensuring continuous improvement of quality processes. /li /ul h3Travel Coordination Requirements /h3 ul liRegular presence at fabrication sites is expected. /li liContinuous coordination with Site Quality teams and Package Leads is required to ensure consistent quality oversight across all project phases. /li /ul h3What we expect from you /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. /li liMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC management within offshore wind construction or similar large‑scale industrial projects. /li liProven background in quality oversight for one or more of the following packages: ul liOffshore Substation /li liFoundations /li liExport and Inter‑Array Cables /li /ul /li liStrong knowledge of fabrication processes, including welding, NDT, coating, electrical systems, and factory testing. /li liSolid understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems in EPC/FIDIC environments. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate contractors, and manage interfaces across multiple stakeholders. /li liExcellent communication skills in English. /li liStrong communicative competence in Spanish, both oral and written, will be positively valued. /li
