The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to take broad tasks off the senior team—owning conference preparation, investor research, presentations, financial models, and deal analysis from concept to completion. /p pStrong research, Excel, PowerPoint, written communication, and coordination skills are essential, along with experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, or business operations. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game. /p pFor more information, visit xsolla.com. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare conferences end to end: target lists, attendee research, outreach, schedules, briefings, and follow-up trackers. /li liBuild investor, partner, lender, company, and counterparty databases from public sources, LinkedIn, and other channels. /li liPrepare and update presentations, internal memos, market maps, spreadsheets, and operating trackers. /li liSupport financial models, fund analytics, pipeline trackers, and scoring tools. /li liResearch investors, gaming companies, developers, publishers, lenders, partners, and comparable transactions. /li liBuild and maintain the credit deals pipeline. /li liCoordinate and prepare dealflow scoring. /li liCoordinate tasks, deadlines, files, notes, follow-ups, and internal reporting so progress and blockers stay visible. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul li2–6 years in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, business operations, or analytical roles. /li liStrong generalist skill set across research, Excel, PowerPoint, written communication, and coordination. /li liExcellent attention to detail; produces clean, usable work with limited rework. /li liAble to structure ambiguous tasks into clear outputs, workplans, deadlines, and next steps. /li liFast researcher across companies, investors, sectors, people, conferences, transactions, and public data. /li liHigh ownership: follows up, closes loops, documents work, and makes progress visible. /li liInterest in gaming, fintech, credit, private markets, venture capital, or digital platforms preferred. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program.
