ppbWho are we? /b /ppbQuark- Grupo Sener /b is a young company with an acknowledged track record and experiencing a growth period. /ppWe design infrastructures to digitally connect the world in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner, offering Engineering, Project Managing and Consulting services. /ppOur specialization and constant adoption of new technologies has turned us into an internationally recognized company, mainly for the talent, quality and innovation we apply in each of our projects. /ppbWe design today the future data centers /b /ppToday we intend to continue our growth and as such we present the following vacancy in our Architecture department. /ph3Your responsabilities /h3ullibPlanification /bulliReceive the Design Manager task list and compare them with the design standards; /liliIdentify modelling issues, evaluate their impact on project planning and relay information to the project manager. /li /ul /lilibProduction /bulliCreate and deploy the BIM model from the information and available documents coming from the design team; /liliCreate object families and necessary elements to compose the models. /liliAccomplish the required modelling tasks to comply with the delivery phasing requirements associated with the different project stages while incorporating technical data to the model; /liliGenerate and submit project documents from the BIM model including captions and constructive detailing. /li /ul /lilibCommunication /bulliCoordinate with other members of BIM team to ensure model and project documentation consistency. /li /ul /lilibQuality /bulliSolve assigned modelling conflicts. /li /ul /li /ulh3How you’ll do it /h3pYou’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, with varied experiences, which will allow you to develop an interesting and enriching experience. /ppIn turn we account for a Developing Program oriented to mentoring your team role so that in the short/ medium term you can fully exercise your individual role and autonomously lead your projects. /ph3Our requirements /h3ulliA minimum of five years BIM Architecture modelling experience, including urban to building composition, finishes and detailing. /liliExperience in creating and deploying Architectural drawings from the BIM model. /liliCourses and capacitation programs in BIM software. /liliAutodesk Revit modelling software dominion. /liliKnowledge of tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc. /liliAbility to create and develop BIM models, following established standards and guidelines. /liliUnderstanding the technical and construction aspects of building projects. /lilibWillingness and availability to travel. /b /li /ulh3It would also be beneficial to have: /h3ulliHigh level of English. /liliUniversity degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related fields. /liliExperience in the construction of Data Centres. /li /ulh3What are our benefits? /h3ulliYou will have flexible working hours. /liliRemote working options. /liliWe are committed to providing you with job stability and long-term projects. /liliWe offer a range of measures to help you develop your skills and achieve everything you set out to do. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr

Your work will be more focused on the design and detailing phase, so we need you to have construction knowledge to develop project details at the level of the Execution Project, Riba3, Riba 4, as well as at the level of detailed drawings, integrating information from different manufacturers (facades, roofs, structure, substructures, urbanisation, floors, ceilings, internal partitions, etc.). /li liWe are not looking for a management profile, but rather a technical one, someone who can add their experience to the various projects currently underway. /li liDevelopment of descriptive reports, drawings and project attachments. /li liCollaboration in the preparation of measurements. /li /ul h3How you’ll do it /h3 pYou’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, with varied experiences, which will allow you to develop an interesting and enriching experience. /p pIn turn we account for a Developing Program oriented to mentoring your team role so that in the short/ medium term you can fully exercise your individual role and autonomously lead your projects. /p h3Our requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Architecture. /li liAt least 8–10 years of experience in designing single building projects. /li liExperience working with project management teams.
