In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, users, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver meaningful value. It requires strong product ownership, prioritization, and communication skills in an agile environment. A key focus will be the automation of sales and portfolio management processes and flows—so experience with AI (including LLMs) is essential. Key Responsibilities • Lead an ambitious product roadmap on automation and optimization of customer acquisition flows, portfolio management and customer sales service, among others., • Build and collaborate with the strategy and Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and manage backlog, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development and Customer Success, engineering, design, operations) to deliver high-quality product increments, • Manage daily activities with developer teams, definition and writing of the product technical specifications and E2E testing, • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives, • Lead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos, • Balance stakeholder needs, technical constraints, and delivery timelines, • Track product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and data insights, • Drive continuous improvement and support change management and user adoptionRequired Experience & Skills, • 5–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in Sales, CRM, or Revenue Operations, • Strategic thinker with a strong customer- and user-centric mindset, • Proven ability to define and communicate a clear product vision, • Strong experience writing product and technical specifications for engineering teams, • Excellent analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform decisions, • Ability to collaborate closely with engineering on system design and implementation, • Experience improving sales productivity through automation, tools, and dashboards, • Strong ability to translate sales needs into product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps, • Familiarity with CRM data models, workflows, validation rules, and integrations (APIs, middleware, GTM tools), • Proven track record xcskxlj of delivering successful product initiatives end-to-end, • Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, • Effective prioritization and decision-making abilities, • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, • Strong problem-solving mindset focused on business and user valueNice to Have, • Experience with CRM platforms or enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), • Salesforce exposure (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform customization), • Experience with system integrations or third-party applications, • Product or agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, or similar)What We Offer, • Ownership of a strategic and ambitious product roadmap, • Opportunity to lead key initiatives in automation and optimization, • High visibility across teams and stakeholders, • Ability to shape product strategy and long-term platform vision, • International exposure with impact across EMEA teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
