For our location in Sevilla, we are looking for an experienced Head of Product Management (m/f/d). In this key role, you will be responsible for the market- and sales-oriented structuring and positioning of our product and solution portfolio. Your aim is to provide optimal support to Sales and Tender Management with clearly defined, scalable and market-ready product and solution bundles. Would you like to become part of it? What you can expect – and what you can look forward to • A responsible leadership role with a high level of autonomy, • The opportunity to actively shape and further develop the Sevilla site, • An international working environment with short decision-making paths, • A competitive compensation package and attractive development prospects Your daily mission – where you make the difference • Systematic capture of customer, market, and sales feedback across all regions, • Structured analysis of requirements from public and private customers, • Analysis of market trends, competitive offerings, and demand structures, • Sales Enablement, Training & Advisory Support, • Creation and maintenance of customer-ready product and solution documentation, • Definition of module, scope, and interface descriptions, • Provision of standardized proposal building blocks for Tender Management, • Process Design & Team Development, • Interfaces & Governance, • Establishment of clear roles, responsibilities, and governance within Product Management, • Step-by-step build-up and scaling of the Product Management team in line with go-to-market needs What you bring to the table – and how you make us even better • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable business or technical field, • Several years of experience in Product Management, Sales Enablement, Solution Management, or a comparable market-facing role, • Ideally Experience in international project and solution sales, ideally in complex and technically driven environments, • Strong understanding of go-to-market models, sales processes, and bid logics, • Proven experience in structuring and standardizing product and solution portfolios, • Confident handling of market, competitive, and customer analyses, • Experience in building, leading, and developing teams, • Ability to establish structures and processes in growing or transforming organizations, • Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
