Job description. OFFICE ASSISTANT The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary things for the Brand Manager of the company. Responsibilities Coordinating with warehouse and shipping staff to ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Schedule travel
Planning events
Sent emails and organize agenda
Managing the company’s relationships with current customers
Planning and executing sales campaigns to increase sales and meet organizational goals
Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly
Marbella based Qualifications Perfect English and Spanish
