Overview We’re looking for a Sales Executive Intern – Italian based in Barcelona, with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for sports. What you’ll do Support growth in the European market — Assist in executing the commercial strategy, identifying opportunities, and contributing to real business results. Build and manage relationships — Develop connections with clubs, academies, and key stakeholders within the sports ecosystem. Generate and manage opportunities — Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to follow-ups, helping to build a strong and healthy pipeline. Identify new opportunities — Research market trends and help uncover new ways to expand OLIVER Sports’ presence. Work with CRM tools — Track leads, manage interactions, and help optimize the sales process through CRM platforms. What we’re looking for Basing in Barcelona (required) — Based in Barcelona (we do not offer relocation). University agreement (required) — This is an internship position, so an active internship agreement ("convenio de prácticas") with your university is mandatory. Italian speaker (required) — Fluent Italian is essential for this role, along with Spanish. Passion for sports (required) — You’re genuinely interested in the sports industry and motivated to grow within it. Commercial mindset — Interest or initial experience in sales, business development, or similar roles — ideally in sports, tech, or B2B environments. Proactive attitude — You’re eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast-paced team.
