Assist in resolving common technical issues (email, Wi-Fi, printers, VPN, video conferencing, etc.). Ticket management: Device management: Support in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and mobile devices. Assist in user account management, access control, and basic administration of Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, or MDM tools under supervision. Network and office support: Help ensure proper connectivity, equipment setup, and maintenance in the office environment. Documentation: Collaborate in updating guides, inventories, and the internal knowledge base. Currently enrolled in a FP or a Vocational Training degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, Cybersecurity , or related fields. Interest in IT support and systems administration. Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and productivity tools (Google Workspace). Intermediate English level (B2 Minimum) Own It Always: Take full responsibility-for wins, failures, and learning along the way. it's our standard. Prioritize the team and company over personal gain.
