Link to our LinkedIn Page - Link to our website - Position: Training Coordinator (20 hours per week) Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training sessions based on client requirements., • Ensures smooth coordination between trainers, vendors, trainees, and internal teams., • Supports effective delivery of training programs across multiple locations., • Analyze client training needs and determine required training sessions per course and site., • Act as the point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors., • Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, or cancellation., • Organize training sessions based on trainee availability and ensure smooth execution., • Share instructor details with site security when required., • Communicate training session openings and updates to employees., • Coordinate with the offsite team for program updates or changes., • Follow up on attendance and support invoicing processes., • Ensure adherence to workflow and processes through CRM tools., • Coordinate with training organizations, master vendors, and offsite teams. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field., • Experience in training coordination, program management, or administrative roles., • Strong organizational and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate with various stakeholders.
