Role Overview We are looking for a B2C Manager to lead the consumer strategy and drive demand across our portfolio of assets (Student Housing, Flex Living, Hospitality or Residential products). This role combines commercial ownership, team leadership and stakeholder management. You will be responsible not only for defining and executing the B2C strategy, but also for leading a small team, aligning multiple internal departments and working closely with on-the-ground teams at our assets to ensure occupancy and performance targets are met. You will act as a key bridge between central teams and local operations, ensuring that strategies are clearly communicated, understood and successfully implemented. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth • Define and execute the B2C growth strategy across multiple markets and assets, • Identify new customer acquisition channels and optimize conversion funnels, • Support go-to-market strategies for new openings and expansionsTeam Leadership & People Management, • Lead, mentor and develop a small B2C/marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture, • Set clear objectives, track performance and ensure team alignment with business goals, • Promote collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement within the teamStakeholder Management & Coordination, • Act as the main point of contact between central teams and asset-level stakeholders, • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Revenue Management and Asset teams to align priorities, • Translate business needs into actionable marketing and commercial initiatives, • Clearly communicate strategy, decisions and performance to internal stakeholders, • Ensure strong coordination with local teams to maximize occupancy and customer experienceCustomer Journey & Experience, • Own the full customer lifecycle: awareness, consideration, booking, onboarding and retention, • Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across all touchpoints (digital and physical), • Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, retention and lifetime valueMarketing & Demand Generation, • Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, partnerships, offline activations) targeting end consumers, • Oversee CRM, content and performance marketing strategies, • Ensure brand consistency across markets and assetsData & Performance, • Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, occupancy and customer satisfaction, • Analyze performance across assets and identify areas for improvement, • Use insights to drive decision-making and optimize commercial strategies What will make you perform well in this position? • 5+ years of experience in B2C roles within Real Estate, Student Housing, Hospitality, Flex Living or similar sectors, • Proven experience in team management and leadership, • Strong track record in driving customer acquisition, occupancy and revenue growth, • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex, multi-asset environment, • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle management, • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus, • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies, • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences, • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment What We Offer and Why Join us? • Opportunity to join a high-growth international platform with strong backing, • Exposure to multiple asset classes (Living, Hospitality, Real Estate), • Dynamic, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, • Career development opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization, • Competitive compensation package You will play a key role in connecting strategy, teams and assets—ensuring our spaces are not only filled, but truly experienced.
