Role: Web3 Tech Recruiter As a Tech Recruiter specialized in Web3, you will leverage your expertise to find and assess unique talent, helping IOTA grow and thrive. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, with a strong focus on engineering and Web3 expertise. Responsibilities & Requirements • Coordinate the hiring process from search to offer, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams., • Collaborate with hiring teams to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and maintain alignment., • Conduct high-impact first-round interviews to assess core competencies, motivation, and role fit, improving pipeline quality and conversion rates., • At least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency)., • Operational mindset with the ability to anticipate roadblocks and deliver results efficiently., • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of building trust-based relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues., • Proficiency with tools and data to optimize hiring workflows; familiar with ATS systems, pipeline metrics, documentation, and AI-based tools., • Genuine curiosity about people and technology, with enthusiasm for IOTA’s mission and decentralized change., • Experience hiring for Web3/DLT roles, especially protocol-level engineering., • This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time position (20 hours/week) with potential extension based on IOTA’s growth.
