pWe are looking for an bHR Generalist /b to join our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the bend-to-end execution of payroll /b and labor administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination across HR and Finance.. /ppbr/ppbMain Responsibilities: /b /pulliExecute the monthly payroll process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. /liliCollect, validate, and consolidate payroll inputs (salaries, variable compensation, absences, bonuses, etc.). /liliCollaborate with the Time Attendance function to ensure correct and aligned payroll data. /liliCalculate payroll adjustments, including overtime, absences, sick leave, and other variables. /liliPrepare and review payroll reports, ensuring data consistency and reliability. /liliEnsure correct calculation and payment of payroll taxes and social security contributions. /liliManage payroll accounting coordination and reconciliation with Finance. /liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records and documentation. /liliAdminister employment contracts, extensions, and contractual changes. /liliPrepare HR documentation (contracts, certificates, official communications, etc.). /liliAct as first point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, contracts, and administrative matters. /liliSupport in administrative aspects of labor procedures (disciplinary processes, documentation, follow-up). /liliEnsure compliance with local labor legislation and internal HR policies. /liliSupport internal and external audits by providing required HR and payroll documentation. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliDegree or vocational training in Labor Relations, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. /liliMinimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing. /liliSolid understanding of labor legislation and payroll regulations. /liliExperience with payroll software and time management systems. /liliHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail. /liliStrong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines. /liliConfidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information. /liliIntermediate / Advanced English /li /ulpbr/ppbWe Offer: /b /pulliFlexible schedule with Friday afternoons off. /liliHybrid work model (office + 1 day remote). /liliAttractive benefits package. /li /ul
