Job Description YOUR MISSION We’re looking for a doer, relationship-builder, and growth-driver to join our Regions team. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our top-tier restaurant partners, making sure they thrive and win with us. Also, responsibility and ownership of several cities in your Area, define and pursue long-term strategy for the cities in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertising and Operations. Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city, guide them through the growth journey, be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude! THE JOURNEY • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews)., • Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs., • Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling), • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc), • Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets., • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners., • At least 2 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)., • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus., • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office and Excel., • Native Spanish and English skills., • Strong Commercial skills and customer obsession: you're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform., • Good communication and interpersonal skills, • Project management: You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking., • 🌟 An enticing equity plan that lets you own a piece of the action., • 💪 Top-notch private health insurance to keep you at your peak., • 🍔 Monthly Glovo credit to satisfy your cravings!, • 💳 Discounts on transportation, food, and even kindergarten expenses., • 🏊 Discounted gym memberships to keep you energized., • 🏖️ Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year!, • 👪 Enhanced parental leave.
