RECEPCIONISTA / VENDEDOR(A) DE ENTRADAS EN CASA LA TEATRO (MERCADO DE TRIANA) ¿Te apasiona el arte, la cultura y el trato con la gente? En CasaLa Teatro, un espacio único y cercano, dentro del Mercado de Triana, en Sevilla, buscamos un/a recepcionista con espíritu comercial y energía positiva, capaz de hacer que cada visitante viva una experiencia inolvidable. Tu papel: Serás el primer contacto del público con nuestra casa. Tu misión irá mucho más allá de la recepción: • Vender entradas para nuestros espectáculos de flamenco, teatro, música y otras experiencias culturales., • Informar y asesorar a turistas y locales sobre los distintos eventos y propuestas que ofrecemos., • Promocionar activamente los espectáculos, repartiendo flyers, atrayendo público y generando conversación con entusiasmo y cercanía., • Potenciar las ventas de entradas y experiencias combinadas (no solo flamenco, sino todo tipo de actividades)., • Atender consultas en español e inglés, tanto en persona como por teléfono o redes, con empatía y claridad., • Apoyar al equipo en la organización y flujo diario del teatro, siempre con actitud colaborativa. Tu energía, comunicación y amabilidad serán claves para conectar con quienes nos visitan y para que cada noche el teatro se llene de vida. Would you like to contribute to this as Operations Assistant in our Sevilla residence? We are looking for a dynamic, versatile operations assistant, who is eager to join a student residence with 303 rooms and the activity this entails. You will be working in an educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location. Your responsibilities: • You are the (first) face of our reception at the student residence, • You take care of our customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone, • You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys and cards, • You accompany visitors and future clients during open days, a tour of the facilities, etc., • You support the administration office, • You monitor the building and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening), • You apply the necesary protocols in emergencies This role requires you to work on the weekends (8h Saturday and 8h Sunday) and some additional hours on the weekdays (4h covering shifts).
